الكعكة المخملية الحمراء، اسم يبعث على الرهبة وكأنها اختراع صعب المنال.فعلا هي اختراع بسبب طعمها الرائع ولكنها بسيطة في اعدادها.جربوها لتحلو المشاركة.
الكعكة
2 1/3 كوب طحين
2 ملعقة كبيرة كاكاو (اذا كان الكاكاو داكن جدا وثقيل نكتفي بملعقة واحده)
1 معلقة صغيرة بايكربونات الصودا
1 معلقة صغيرة ملح
100 غرام زبده بدرجة حرارة الغرفة (طرية)
1 1/2 كوب سكر
2 بيضة
1 كوب زيت نباتي
1 ملعقة صغيرة خل
2 معلقة صغيرة فانيلا
1 كوب لبن رايب
30 جرام ملون أحمر جل
ننخل الطحين والكاكاو والكربونات والملح في وعاء ونخلطهم جيدا بخفاقة يدوية.
نخلط الزبدة والسكر في وعاء اخر حتى يصبح كالكريمة ثم نضيف البيضتان بالتدريج ونخفق جيدا حتى يتضاعف حجم الخليط.
نضيف الفانيلا والخل والزيت ونخفق.
نضيف خليط المواد الجافة مع اللبن بالتناوب الى أن تنتهي الكمية ولا نبالغ بالخفق.
نضع الكعكة في صينية لا يتجاوز قطرها 26 سم ونخبزها بالفرن لمدة 30-35 دقيقة.
نضعها لتبرد قليلا ثم نخرجها من القالب ونتركها لتبرد تماما.
الكريمة
1 مغلف كريمة باودر
200 مل حليب بارد جدا
1 علبة قشطة (170 غرام)
نخفق الكريمة مع الحليب حتى يتضاعف الحجم
نضيف علبة القشطة ونحرك بلطف حتى لا تهبط الكريمة.
التطبيق النهائي
نزيل الطبقة المنتفخة العلوية من الكعكة بالسكين و نفتفتها ونضعها جانبا.
نقسم الكعكة بسكين الخبز الى قسمين متساويين.
نحشي الكعكة بثلث كمية الكريمة.
ونضيف المتبقي على الوجه والأطراف.
نزين الكعكه بفتات الكعك حسب الذوق.
